中野　北斗　Hokuto Nakano

1983年日本興業銀行入行、国際資金部ロンドン室副参事を経て、2010年みずほコーポレート銀行執行役員国際為替部長に就任。一貫して国際為替のトレーディングに携わる。2013年みずほ銀行執行役員国際為替部長、2015年みずほフィナンシャルグループ常務執行役員東アジア地域ユニット長、2016年みずほ証券常務執行役員グローバルマーケッツ部門副部門長を歴任。2018年株式会社アシックス取締役、同社常務執行役員を経て、2021年3月から新日本電工株式会社取締役、同年6月から五洋建設株式会社取締役、同年9月から当社顧問に就任。趣味はピラティス、ゴルフ。座右の銘は「明鏡止水」

After joining the Industrial Bank of Japan in 1983, Mr. Nakano served as Deputy Director in the London Division of the International Finance Department. In 2010, he was appointed Executive Officer and Head of the International Forex Department at Mizuho Corporate Bank, where he consistently worked in foreign exchange trading. He later held the positions of Executive Officer and Head of the International Forex Department at Mizuho Bank in 2013, Managing Executive Officer and Head of the East Asia Regional Unit at Mizuho Financial Group in 2015, and Deputy Head of the Global Markets Division at Mizuho Securities in 2016.

In 2018, he became a Director and Managing Executive Officer at ASICS Corporation. From March 2021, he has served as a Director at Shin-Nippon Chemical Co., Ltd., and from June 2021, as a Director at Penta-Ocean Construction Co., Ltd. He assumed his current role as an Advisor to our company in September 2021.

His hobbies include Pilates and golf. His motto is “Meikyo Shisui” (a clear and serene mind).

磯崎　哲也　Tetsuya Isozaki

1978年日本興業銀行（現みずほ銀行）入行。経理業務、日本及び米国にてコーポレートファイナンス業務、海外不動産投資関連業務等を経験、その後他社にて新規事業立ち上げ、財務経理業務に携わり、複数社にてCFO職を務める。趣味はクラシック音楽鑑賞。

Mr. Isozaki joined the Industrial Bank of Japan (now Mizuho Bank) in 1978, where he gained experience in accounting, corporate finance in Japan and the U.S., and overseas real estate investment. Later, he contributed to the launch of new businesses and handled financial and accounting operations at other companies, serving as CFO at multiple firms.

His hobby is listening to classical music.

野田　慶　Kay Noda

Ms. Noda began her career as an English teacher at private middle and high schools and later served as a part-time staff member in a government agency. In 2020, she founded GF Partners Co., Ltd.

深堀　理一郎 Riichiro Fukabori

1989年日本興業銀行（現在はみずほ銀行）に入行。主に金融市場業務に従事し、東京及びニューヨークにて国内外債券、日本株、証券化商品等のオールタナティブ投資運用業務、リスク管理等を経験。その後、キューデン・インターナショナルにて海外電力事業のリスク管理等を経験。前日本社会人アメリカンフットボール協会（Xリーグ）理事長。趣味はスポーツ観戦、庭木の剪定。

Mr. Fukabori joined the Industrial Bank of Japan (now Mizuho Bank) in 1989, where he primarily worked in financial markets. He gained extensive experience in managing domestic and foreign bonds, Japanese equities, securitized products, alternative investments, and risk management in Tokyo and New York. Subsequently, he worked at Kyuden International, overseeing risk management in overseas power projects. He also served as the Chairman of the Japan American Football Association (X-League).

His hobbies include watching sports and pruning garden trees.

坪田　好人 Yoshito Tsubota

1982年日本興業銀行（現みずほ銀行）入行、1989年に興銀投資顧問に異動して以来、30年以上日本株のアクティブファンドの運用を実施。1994年日本興業投信（現アセットマネジメントOne）日本株運用責任者。2004年から海外投資家の資金運用（延べ16ファンド）も担当する。過去20年間一貫してトップダウンリサーチとボトムアップリサーチを組み合わせた運用を実施し、2000年、2013年の相場が大きく転換する局面で成果を上げている。2000年モーニングスター最優秀賞、2009年Lipper最優秀ファンド賞、2018年R&Iファンド大賞等多数受賞。東京大学卒
Mr. Tsubota joined the Industrial Bank of Japan (now Mizuho Bank) in 1982 and transferred to IBJ Investment Advisory in 1989, where he has managed Japanese equity active funds for over 30 years. In 1994, he became Head of Japanese Equity Management at IBJ Investment Trust (now Asset Management One). Since 2004, he has also managed funds for overseas investors, overseeing a total of 16 funds.

Over the past two decades, Mr. Tsubota has consistently implemented a combination of top-down and bottom-up research strategies, achieving notable results during major market shifts in 2000 and 2013. His accolades include the Morningstar Best Fund Award (2000), the Lipper Best Fund Award (2009), and the R&I Fund Award (2018), among others.
